My passion lies in guiding others towards self-love and healing. Over the past two decades, I've dedicated myself to learning how to best serve those around me, while also nurturing my own personal growth. I firmly believe that there is no 'one size fits all 'approach to therapy, as each individual is unique and deserves a personalized journey towards healing.

I offer individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, young adults, and adults using trauma-informed modalities such as EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Sand Tray, Expressive Arts, Play therapy, and mindfulness training. Whether you seek help for everyday developmental struggles or more traumatic life events, my playful, positive healing approach will help you or your child navigate through times of change, connect emotionally, and learn new behaviors to help foster resiliency. The key to success is having a solid therapeutic relationship and providing empathetic, compassionate, and knowledgeable interventions that work.

I have had the honor of working at the Claudia Black Young Adult Center at the Meadows, Specializing in the treatment of trauma and addiction. I have also had the privilege of being trained by leaders in the field, such as Claudia Black and Peter Levine.
